— ART, FASHION & MORE !
It’s not a post about bird songs…, but in honor of Bird Week in May, there’s a bird-themed art & craft exhibit organized by Kotorie, a bird-lover group based in Tokyo.
Founders of the group have range of experience includes photography, writing, editorial design, fabric design and web design, and it has become strengthened to offer a platform of innovative ideas regarding birds. Having keen eyes for beauty, they offer workshops and exhibits all over Japan for both bird-lover and bird-curious to provide lovely ways to get involved. For their current exhibition called Little Bird Museum, Kotorie introduces varied types of work such as clay products, felt knitting, graphic design, illustration, painting, plastic toys and silk screen print, gathering from 20 selected artists.
